Leaving ads is always good but the easiest way to make a team is to build a network of friends in game. there is no way around it, but thanks to clans and now clan chats in game, finding friends is a lot easier. then you can pull those around you who are interested into the beginnings of a team. between that and ads ive managed to make 2 teams with full sub positions and am currently building up a staff to help us.

what matters is your expectations when you make a team. what you want to accomplish be it for fun or serious climbing or tournaments, all decide who you want to have join you. but who will join you is determined by those you can actively reach and those who are willing to actively reach out to you.

will your ad catch their eye? will your rank interest other potential candidates? Are you on constantly to check and bump your post Do the players you friend in game play with you often? would you trust them on your team? have you talked to each of your more active friends about if they would be interested?

There are many great players and teams, in order to take the best players you can, you simply need to be active in your search and keep trying :) -my real point in this post, just a shout out to the many great ways to recruit and a suggestion to the masses to simply reach out
