Looking for a Jungler/Support or backline carry

Been playing a lot of top. If you check my match history, every game I've played using one of them, I get 1st blood kill and 1st blood tower without assistance from jungler (can pick up a double if enemy jungler comes). Every game I've played with them (about 20 total between the 2) I always take the 1st inhibitor top, then I take the bottom inhibitor turret (not the inhibitor) while maintaining at least tier 2 top. Problem is, late game, my teams are all squishy and can't freeze the enemy push so all 4 of them get killed and the enemy team literally just base rases me, leaving 3 to push and sending 2 to halt me.

Basically, any champ that can keep 3 glass champions alive through healing or tanking.

I'll even settle for a , somebody who can safely take chunks out of the enemy team from the back line.
