Established Team Looking for 6th Man - Sub, Potiential Main in Future

Team Shuriken is an established team that has been playing together for over 2 months. Our infrastructure generates a positive and constructive environment that allows us to continuously grow. With a solid 5 man roster and a sound foundation we are looking to recruit a 6th man for the team. Below you will find basic information about the team, what our recruitment process consist of, and an application. After we review your application and your information checks out I will contact you for an interview. We conduct interviews to ensure your goals as a player aligns with what we are trying to accomplish as a team as well as giving you the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have. If the interview goes well I’ll schedule an agreed tryout time. Usually if there is a gap between the interview and the tryout date we’ll suggest you sit in during practices to get an understand and feel for the team you are trying out.

After your tryout I will give you feedback on my thoughts however you may not get a definite yes or no due to us trying out multiple applicants. Once we try out the list of applicants we will decide who to call back and have them sub in during practices to analysis their performance in a team environment. This will be the final step before officially deciding who to bring onto the team.
