Looking for a competitive team

Hey guys! My name is Jordan and I'm looking for a fairly active competitive team, preferably Gold and Plat+. I just want something serious, but not something that's going to require super super strict practice times and days. I'm still down for practice and all of that. Just not something over 3 hours a night for like 5 days a week. Last season I was Plat as a Support main, but I'm willing to play Top, and Middle also. My ign is :RockGoon
