LF Silver/gold Players (ADC, MID, JUNG, TOP

Hey guys. I'm looking to start a team for flex that is preferably English speaking. I'm a support main, reached gold 5 last season. Basically, I've been watching and studying a lot of pro matches and high elo games, and combined with my very strategic mind, have come to understand the game on both a micro (lane) and macro level. Problem is most of the time the random team mates u get put with never respect me (or my decisions) as in their eye's I'm "only a support"

So, what I'm looking for are a couple of guys (or gals) that are easy going, don't tilt easily, and are not the "watch this I'm Yasuo" type of players. Basically people that will understand and respect my decision making.

So what I'm proposing is that once we have a team of 5, we do a couple normal games, see how we all get along, and u allow me to be the shot caller. I'm not gonna be telling you what to do 24/7 or ignoring your suggestions, in fact, I would appreciate the teams input. However, if i say "ok guys lets do a 4-1 split mid just so that top can get pushed out quick, lets not fight and just siege", I would like the team to respect that, allow top to get pushed out and not engage mid. make any sense?

Then, if you don't get along with us, or you feel my shot calling is trash, no harm done, and you simply say thanks guys but it's not for me.

My aim for this season in flex would be plat or higher, and I would appreciate other like minded summoners that understand that its a team game and that you gotta have a shot caller you can trust in order to win, because if everyone just messes around doing their own thing it usually ends badly.

As I said, I'm not dominating, or gonna be telling you what to do all the time, but I would appreciate it if someone pinged Baron and I felt its better to take mid tower and inhib then Baron, that the team respects that call.
