I'm not sure how I feel about joining a team being managed by a silver.

No offense, but I feel like a person of higher elo would be a better fit for a team creator/manager than a lower elo.

Update/Bump: Currently we have 8 Player applicants, 2 coach applicants and 1 analyst applicant.

We have 3 Jungle applicants, 1 mid, 1 adc, 1 support, 2 top. I have not made contact with any of these applicants so the roster still remains completely open.
