Looking for ADC for Bronze-Silver Team

Due to some unfavorable circumstances with our Last ADC we are looking for a new ADC to fill in the shoes! We have a couple preferences in our ADC if it's possible but not required.

1. Able to play a certain range of marksmen and/or commit to getting better with them
2. Bring some ideas to spice up some strategies
3. Be able to work with our current starter roster Practices start at 7:00 PM Central Time though we can change up the practice times to fit schedules.
