Looking for for a top lane coach

Hello im a s3 top laner i play mostly rene and irelia top and im looking for some one to give me tips or to help me get better at tthe top lane my main problem is that im the only one on my team that is doing well and i cant carry my teammy cs is oki can get 73 cs at 10 and 300 at 35 im not asking u for something big just some tips will be nice ty for your time
