Creating silver ranked 5v5 team need highly active players

Hello, I'm creating a 5v5 ranked team of highly active players able to play 2-4 games everyday. Must be able to use skype. Team will be competitive but main focus will be for fun and climbing ranks. Team roles will not be set in stone, and players must be able to play at least 2 roles. This is to keep things fresh and avoid boredom.
