Silver 3 Top Main LF ranked 5's team

Hey thanks for checking out my post.

Like the title says I'm in silver 3 and play mostly top. I've been looking to find a full team to improve with and play regularly. I have Skype/Discord/TS3 but I strongly prefer discord over any other comms app. I'm looking for players in the silver/gold range who have good attitudes, don't throw tantrums, and are able to put some serious time into the game.
