Smurf looking to duo with other smurfs to get out of silver

My account recently got banned for reasons I'll leave to the imagination. I'm playing on a silver account, I main support now, but I used to main top and jungle. My peak rank was Platinum in season 3 and Gold 1 in season 5.

I'm looking for smurfs around high gold - plat - low diamond that want to troll around and climb to gold, just so this account has a chance in placements for season 7.
