Hello all i am Zoa, the founder of MLG Strategist . I want to tell you guys a little about us we are an Organization that have a vision of being a future LCS Team. We will start by playing in Gold-Platinum leagues and working our way up as a team. As the title says we are looking for Starters in certain positions and Subs for all roles. Now dont be discourage if you are a sub because that means you will be on our Academy team which we will find a league for you guys to play in as well as consistently scrimming the main team and working your way on to the main roster.

As Owner what you can expect from me

I will keep and maintain a competitive team.
I will find us scrims weekly.
I will put up money for the team to get into leagues and tournaments.
I am the owner and also Adc for the team so i shot call.
I will handle all questions and concerns the team might have.

What is expected of Applicants We will be practicing a minimum of 4 days a week if this is a problem for anyone its best you find another respected team to join. Missing excessive practices will lead to immediate termination. We are very big on practicing and working as a team here at MLG Strategist so i emphasize being on time for practice and being ready to Go! Next thing is Toxicity will not be tolerated at all there are ways of getting our points across during game and after the game when we talk about what we could of done better or game strategies. We are here to build each other up . So with all this being said here is the APPLICATION. _

IGN: Kurik Rank: Diamond IV Role: Mid( Willing to learn more top although Current Main Champions: Akali, Xerath, Cassiopeia, Syndra, Kassadin, Diana Why do you want to join: For a couple months I have been trying to learn enough of the game to climb to a point where I could play in a tournament scene respectively, and am currently searching for a competitive team to play with in tournaments and on ranked 5v5 ladders. I would like to expand my regime of characters and orient them towards team play, willing to dedicate 2 hours a day minimum to the growth of myself as a player and to the growth as a team. Before Applying I would like more specificity on the expected practice days and times. How long will practices be? A few suggestions to edit your above statements. Statement of your defined elo / proof for the skeptical people here, and statement of why you deem yourself worthy to be sole shotcaller. Many people find moments to challenge calls, as collectively an idea may sound better than yours. I write this not to challenge you or call you out, but to allow you to elaborate on why / true benefits you can offer to better the future team. It helps to understand the leader of a group, before finding out the indepth quirks that make yourself up. If you were a challenger level player who specializes in coaching game knowledge, and promoting individual skill, that informs us that your leadership / group management skills can band a group together. You are a diamond level player according to your icon highlight so that informs me specifically that you indeed have proven worthy to oversee the development of a group, but voice YOUR skill out there; let us know we can trust you. Also I do meet the requirements above, as of now I am Gold 5, but sadly I don't think i would last long as being 16 along with time zones I may not be able to fully commit to the team throughout weekdays; weekends yes. Missing multiple practices would probably be due to my timing, and assignments due. In the event I can still be accepted as a substitute player, and my schedule could fit in possibly as a substitute, or official (next year - open schedule) here is my information

Rank - Gold 5 Role - Mid / Bot Champs - Ahri Jinx Janna Nami ( I don't know how many you require so I listed champs I sustain a 60% wr solo) Why do you want to join - This ties into the third reason I am replying. I am an editor who edits League, and Cod, but predominantly league. I did figure you would want someone to handle editing of highlight / clips of team/members. Whilst I am still newer and learning to the editing field it would help to practice with a group. I do want to join the team as a member, but I know scheduling could prove to not work. Weekdays 3:30 to 8 are times I could commit on maximum if I have no major workload. Weekends for everyone here are all based on fate.

In the event I am still denied though i'd at least like to be to follow and see development of team. It seems like an interesting setup I have most chat services, only ones I can think I lack is teamspeak on this computer.

Great question Loony. I cant say right now as of when practices will be because it will be based around our schedules. However the likelyhood of it being around 7pm Est to 9est Is very good.

Champs: I can play all the supports besides maybe kench, my top 5 are: Thresh, Janna, Poppy, Nami, Braum

Why do you want to join: I want to join a a dedicated team mainly to get better at the game. Ive been playing scarcely since Rek' sai came out, but have been on every almost every day ( when I don't have event / plans and such ) striving to get better for about 4 - 3 months ish now. My dream is to be the first girl to make it to worlds XD ( yes yes don't make fun of me I've gotten it all before ) and well win it. I'm dedicated, ready to learn and win.

About me: I'm 16 still in school, straight over 90% in all classes. Because I'm still in school I can only really play in the afternoons, I'm in eastern time btw. It was my brothers who introduced me to league, they don't play much anymore. I'm very up to date on the competitive scene. I watch them to see what I can do better via shot calling map pressure and such.

I like to play for fun but I also like to play to get better. Since I have never been on a team for more than a couple weeks, I dont know what to expect. I want to join for the experience of being on one and to hopefully help you get where you want your team to go. I may not be the best player out there but I do listen to the shot calls and I I try my best to make sure the adc doesn't die.

Why do you want to join: i been looking for a dedicated team for a long time considering i have a lot of time to put into a team, But I also want to improve and learn as a team, and at the same time make friends, the most amazing feeling for me is having a synergy with a team and knowing i have people i can always count on to help me become a better player.

About me: Well today is my 23 birthday so im pretty exited, I am currently in university studying forensic investigations but it shouldn't be a problem with playing because i only have an hour of class a day. I live in AZ and im a very competitive person who wants to get high rank and be the best player i can be, so i hope to hear from you soon:)
