NEED RANKED TEAM (s3)

I am looking for a serious ranked team. A long term, looking to improve, ranked team. A team that will not only play together, but help each other to get better at the game while doing so. I want others with the mentality that they are not the best they can be, and that they make mistakes every game. I want to watch as I begin to improve, and do so with others.
