Mid/Jungler looking for a gold 5s team

Hey, In game name Freelo4theElo here. I am 18 and a casual gamer playing around 4 hours a day and much more on the weekends. I was gold 3 Last season and after placements got dropped down to silver 1 where I currently am sitting. I am interested in finding and playing on a pretty casual 5's team that is oriented around improving in both individual and team based skill also I have Skype/curse/teamspeak. My goal is to really improve individually and climb the elo latter and I believe a 5's team is the best way to do that. My most comfortable roles at the moment are are jungle and mid but i can "fill" as I do have experience in top lane and support as well, the only role i do not feel comfortable in is as ADC. To my knowledge I am a pretty reliable shot caller and not bad at organizing team fight and engages, but I do have weaknesses that lie in other areas such as warding.
