Recruiting An ADC; Gold+; For A Serious Ranked Team

About Us: Our team name is Darth Poro. Our group has been playing together for 2-3 years. We recently lost our ADC due to school obligations and are looking for a replacement. Our top and support are gold and our mid and jungle are plat in solo Q. Our goal is to improve individually and as a team. With the hope that we will be able to compete in some of the tournaments that are offered for fun and for prizes. We spend extensive amounts of time crafting comps and theorizing pick bans as well as working individually on build efficiency and our own game play. After ranked games we review and analyze recordings to determine points of failure and opportunities for future growth as a team and individually.

What we need from you

• Availability Tues/Wed/Fri 8pm EST until we are done with practice or ranked games. Typically between 11pm - 12am EST. Sometimes earlier and sometimes a little later. This is the minimum availability. In addition if we decide as a team to participate in tournaments you will need to be available whatever times those tournaments are held.

• Please be at least Gold in ranked SoloQ and already know ADC mechanics. Positioning and other mechanics can be developed as you work with the team and we learn to work with each other.

• Ability to use VOIP services with a working mic and a willingness to speak up. We have a shot caller but generally work as a team and value/desire every person to have input and contribute to communications during a game. Especially as an ADC you need the ability to effectively communicate with our support.

• Willingness to contribute to the teams growth and ability to take constructive feedback on performance. Dedication to practicing individually to perfect the play of any champions we have worked into our compositions and determined to be priority picks.

• Own at least half of the champions (preferably more) in order to allow priority picking and trading during champ select.

• Due to rules and regulations of the various competitions you must be 18 or older.
