Silver looking for low silver to low gold team mates to Dynamic Que with

Hello, I am a perennial mid silver player it seems and I've finally decided to climb, I usually win lane but struggle with controlling the mid game with solo q team mates. Luckily this season dynamic due exists and I've decided to start a thread to see if anyone else around this rank wants to climb as well. Only thing I ask is that you want to learn and progress as I do and you are competent at the moment and can hold your own in lane. I am a mid lane main. I hope some of you guys will reply to this.
