Fairly New Player Looking for Team

Hey all. I'm a fairly new player. Summoner lvl 18. I really love LoL and am wanting to join a team that has active members and doesn't mind teaching a new player the proper techniques for ranked pvp. I understand the main concepts but want to hone my skills and would also like to be able to join some games with people that understand what they are doing instead of the situations where multiple people are fighting over 1 lane. I also would prefer a team that uses a voice communication system of some sort (vent, ts, discord,etc.).
