Forming A Team

Looking for TOP MID JUNGLE AND ADC. I will be playing as support. I am very serious about gaining elo and moving up the ladder. I have a start goal of Gold and then moving higher after such is achieved. All Ranks are applicable. I am aware that your rank does not always mean your skills fit with it. If you are looking for a team and you want to get to a higher rank then please LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THIS SITE. DO NOT ADD ME IN GAME. After reviewing the applications I will then add you accordingly.

IGN : AGE : RANK : GOAL : TIME ZONE : AVALIBILITY :

I plan to add between 5 - 8 people. Not everyone can always be online all day. This is life. So I need people who can be on when others aren't or even if I am not myself.

SKYPE OR CURSE IS A MUST HAVE.
