Leveling a smurf, looking for fun people to play with

Little over level 28, currently playing with only Plats and Diamonds when I go in solo. Just looking for people to make playing a little more fun, elo doesn't matter. Only requirement is don't be toxic and just be fun to be around and have a fun time. :)
