LF a Dedicated Team

Hello League Community. I'm seeking a team of people that actually want to progress and climb the ranks. I'm currently bronze 2 atm. " yeah Bronze" I know. I'm a very decent player been playing since season 2 and I've gotten way better thru out seasons. I noticed I should be in a team because im always picking champs that are best with a team of 5 and I'm more of a team player. When I solo que I still end up picking a champ that best fits the team needs. For exp I would go Malphite just to help the team in teamfights. But when I pick something like that in solo que it's nearly impossible to get everyone on the same page. Which is why I really wanna try playing on a team. I'm not gonna give up solo que but I do pref to play on a team with people like myself that wanna climb and build something special. I'm 28 years old very skilled I got a mic I main Top and also Mid. I live eastern time. I know everyone is always seeking golds/Plats/Diamonds I get it obviously those type of rank players are without a doubt good and skilled but I feel some people need a chance to prove themselves. My IGN is Buckshot Bandit
