Looking for a Mid

Hey, so my team is looking for a mid laner who is available a good amount of the time. I'm going to type out an application below and in the comments please fill it out. I will NOT accept randoms who don't fill out the application and just straight up add me. I'll also add in some requirements for the team.

Alright so first the requirements.

1. Must have Skype and a functioning microphone.
2. Mid Lane main of course no need for a support main to try out for mid.
3. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help with shot calls.
4. We are fine with any ranks/ ages because we're not the highest ranks outs there, but it does not mean much .
5. This is still a game, but please take the team seriously. We decide to play at a more competitive level, and would like to progress.
6. Lastly, just be chill, don't rage or anything.
