[NoIin] Teamwork Over Mechanics
Hey! I wanted a place to discuss strategy inside the game and this club is the result of that. Feel free to ask for an invite. The tag stands for 'No I in..'.

this is very unclear, noIin looks like an L.... the concept is great tho!
sooo realistically... league of legends is a unique game because its the first of its kind to focus on not just individual skill but also your team work ethic. you are more praised as a player when you can do both. so, the discussion of teamwork being better than individual skill becomes moot to some degree. both areas have a very high skill ceiling, teamwork, and individual play. understanding both will keep you ahead of other players that only understand 1 of the 2... to some degree again. so... if you are diamond mechanically you can run over a team, but if they are more coordinated than your team, theres a chance they can beat you out. and vice versa
This concept of a community will hurt players in the long run. Fundamentally, mechanics outweigh teamwork. That's why solo queue is a thing and flex queue is deemed "less". Low-elo players (I'm assuming that's what majority of your community is) needs to focus primarily on mechanics to climb. Team work comes after the individual is fundamentally sound at everything he/she does.
