Making a High Plat(ish) Team

Hello, I am Nightmarishghost, and I am making a ranked team. I am looking for some other dedicated people that wish to try and climb ranked 5s ladder while having fun and learning how to work together.

If you would like to join you must:

1. Be on during most nights (EST)...Times are not set until I know everyone's schedules, but trying for around 8-9 PM to whatever.
2. Know your role, and actually main it while you are not with the team.
3. Be able to effectively communicate with the team through voice chat
4. Be able to give and take Constructive Criticism
5. Not rage after a bad game or two
6. Be high plat or diamond or so

Currently I am looking for a Mid, Top, ADC, Jg/Supp (I can play either jg or supp).
