I get camped a lot in top lane should i stop dominating my lane to reduce the camping effect?

hi im diamond player for 3 seasons, im really looking to improve.. i was top lane main but am trying to switch to jungle.. its going decent, i have been really looking for a way to get better at the game.. i really want to hit masters..
I was a shen main, but feel like i cant get full kit of the champion with solo que, but anyway i would really like to talk with you and see what or where im going wrong
