Looking for Managers For Serious Teams

I currently have 3 teams currently that I am managing so its getting pretty crazy for a single manager. I am looking for some other to take my place to have a manager per team but still having me as the top manager/owner of all teams. Comment giving me a short bio of yourself along with experience of your management role. Comment what team you would like to take on. Answer these 3 questions in your comment. Only apply if you are fully dedicated to the team you are assigned to and there schedule. I have 2 coach's and possibly a 3rd (I would like one for each team) working with the teams while some players are paying for professional coach's for themselves. All my teams are dedicated and serious about climbing and eventually going pro. I will be handling the sponsors and upper management stuff.

Team Start time Purple- 6pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Diamond) Red- Undecided (filling roster) Blue- 11pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Plat)

What you would do

  1. Replace players that decide to leave or drop to sub position
  2. Talk with coach's after each game
  3. Hold team meetings
  4. Set schedule if required each week
  5. Get team set up for tournaments
  6. Handle social media

These questions are examples of some situations that can arise in the competitive scene. Answer how you would handle certain situations.

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

1.) Many different things can be going on I'd have to know the clashing styles to know why each have their own methods, the safe option would be to possibly create something that would benifit both sides so maybe a different comp that can highlight both ways if possible but to be honest if you really want to be a part of a team you make sacrifices and you have great self awareness to improve and see what really needs to happen. If the player does feel that way then i would sit the entire team down and think of ways we can let him showcase it and maybe just nobody else is seeing it that way or he isnt seeing it the best way.

2.) Tilt from losing can be dealt with many ways. Seeing how you lose can be super helpful if its from lack of confidence then shake it up get some different comps that can be a tad more aggressive and let them fly, get in some 1v1 2v2 arams maybe to ahve some fun. confidence can be restored by just getting some guys in there to show them what they actually did right and focus only on that for a bit itll let them realize they still do great things they just arent seeing it and for me once i realize im capable of something there is a confidence that arises.

3.)Team atmosphere shouldnt be like this at all. if you are a team and ive been on teams of many sports since elemntary getting mad at teamates is aweful. People have bad games it happens its the individual's job to work on being consistant and improving if they struggled one game its fine, if its a thing that has been happening the team should be more inclined to help him out put in extra work with him coaching plays a huge role in this.

Honestly im sure this happens all the time but these scenarios are crazy general and all 3 have elements of people whether the team or individual not willing to learn and improve for the team

This sounds like fun.

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

Answer 1.) Have them explain why they're not listening and how the coach is just trying to help them improve. If the attitude is a major problem, we resolve how to make it less of an issue and reinforce how the coach's advice will help them get better. Nobody likes to lose and if they're serious about being competitive then they'll follow the coach's advice. If they're not going to be part of the team and follow the coach, then the issue must be resolved with possible replacement.

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

Answer 2.) Losing 6 in a row must indicate there is a persistent problem with the team. I'm guessing the word "tilt" means broken in some way. I would simply recommend a good 30 minute break, followed by an objective chat about the previous losses and a good old ARAM match. Then we talk subjectively over each player's views of the others and how we can all avoid losses in the future. (I sure know I ping my teammates to hell when they're gonna die... thennnnn they die)

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

Answer 3.) I like to view the progress of every lane as out of 0-100%. No lane can go 100% (unless the enemy is absent) and nobody can go 0% (unless you never connected). We can all try really hard and feel like we beat the hell out of our lane but maybe that's because your lane enemy possibly ganked bot and now your bot is behind (losing numbers on their 0-100%). Sure you can win hard as hell but if an enemy lane gets out of control sometimes it is hard to stop the giant snowball effect. I've seen 4 people bot before 10 minutes and it is absolutely devastating when it happens and you feel helpless. Also the 3 man top gank is another painful encounter. But not nearly as bad as the counter jungling your enemy can put on YOUR jungler (effectively making the match a 4v5) and I'm sure we've all played mid and had the enemy ADC, jungler and APC take down their turret while your bot is recovering from 2 deaths. Sometimes it is best to realize we can all lose on our positions and it's up to each other, our teammates, to help lift us out of the ditch (the enemy team just wants to destroy our nexus).

Eh I had the answers separate but I decided to put them with the questions. I hope this doesn't bother you to read a giant wall of text.

I also would like additional information regarding basically everything. You're not asking for something small.

What you would do

  1. Replace players that decide to leave or drop to sub position
  2. Talk with coach's after each game
  3. Hold team meetings
  4. Set schedule if required each week
  5. Get team set up for tournaments
  6. Handle social media

Questions:

1.) Do I personally replace them or am I required to trial somebody who can replace them and work with the given team?

2.) Does the coach of the team personally play on the team and if so what position?

3.) With this be via skype or does location matter? Does the team personally communicate day-to-day?

4.) Scheduling is easy cakes.

5.) Setting up the team for tournaments as in all the required sign-ups and make sure they can work as a team and are prepared to win? What is your idea of this?

6.) Which social media platform do you use and what is required of this?

Edit: I see you've added more info I will ask different questions later probably.

If experience counts I was a mathematics tutor back in college. I worked with other tutors on how to help people learn who were tough to teach (entry level mathematics, yeah you don't have to tell me why you placed in the class). I can come up with plans on daily schedules and routine meetings with other tutors (in this case managers) is always very constructive.
