First step to getting better to climb the ladder is admitting that you're bad and that there's no such thing as elo hell. If you really are better than what your current tier is, you'll climb with a 51% win ratio.

Second step is to be okay with being carried. Just because you didn't win the lane doesn't mean there isn't a rest of your team and the game is automatically over.

Third step is "maining" a role + knowing how to support. Main ONE role but always have a good working knowledge of support. Congratulations! You have learned everything there is to gaining elo.

I know Im not the best, But i am Definitly not bad when I come out on top in all of my games, win or lose. only reson I lose ids because there is ONE Lane that cant hold up against the other, and yeah it seem like i win 51% of the time just saying.
