New Ranked 5's team

I recently started up a new ranked 5's team. I am looking for high silver to low gold so everyone is around the same skill level and we can progress and get better with each other. The team will be semi-competitive but i don't want any flamers or ragers, yelling at someone won't change the past. Curse Voice is a must for voice communication.
