I currently have 3 teams currently that I am managing so its getting pretty crazy for a single manager. I am looking for some other to take my place to have a manager per team but still having me as the top manager/owner of all teams. Comment giving me a short bio of yourself along with experience of your management role. Comment what team you would like to take on. Answer these 3 questions in your comment. Only apply if you are fully dedicated to the team you are assigned to and there schedule. I have 2 coach's and possibly a 3rd (I would like one for each team) working with the teams while some players are paying for professional coach's for themselves. All my teams are dedicated and serious about climbing and eventually going pro. I will be handling the sponsors and upper management stuff.

Team Start time Purple- 6pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Diamond) Red- Undecided (filling roster) Blue- 11pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Plat)

What you would do

  1. Replace players that decide to leave or drop to sub position
  2. Talk with coach's after each game
  3. Hold team meetings
  4. Set schedule if required each week
  5. Get team set up for tournaments
  6. Handle social media

These questions are examples of some situations that can arise in the competitive scene. Answer how you would handle certain situations.

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

I'm pretty positive that I've answered a post similar to this one, but I didn't get a response back.

All of these are trick questions!

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

A1.) You don't. Staff cannot fix player attitude in a reasonable amount of time. You explain to the that his behavior is unacceptable, give him proof of his behavior, and give him a reasonable ultimatum to change his behavior or be removed from the team.

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

A2.) You don't. First when players lose 6 games in a row a responsible staff will terminate practice for the day and let the players regain focus and composure. Second because I'm sure the comment will come up "But you're in a tournament or League...You can't just quit!"---- No tournament allows you to lose 6 games in a row and continue to compete. You will be eliminated. As far as Leagues go, they would not be 6 losses in a row time wise; there would be days in betweeen the losses.

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

A3.) You don't. Player behavior such as this would never be allowed with good staff. The toxic players would be dealt with. (See A1.)

Anyways, my eSports director would love to set up a meeting with the manager/owner of Fusion eSports. If you're intersted, add me in game (I Ping Only)
