Looking for ADC (Bronze or Silver)

i'm looking for a Bronze/Silver adc to duo with. We can play a few norms at the beginning just to get a habit of how aggressive or passive we play and give each other advice on stuff to work on before starting our Ranked climb. This is mainly for improvement at the beginning, but once we get into Ranked I believe we will be able to climb much higher than originally.
