Ranked Team(Dynamic)

Okay I have been trying for a few days to organize something as the Solo que is getting bland and climbing more difficult, Note; I do not see myself totally adequate to run a team so I think I will also be looking for a leader, I started this year at Bronze 1 so far I am at Silver 3 almost to Silver 2. I thought I had found a good group to play with yesterday it would seem that has fallen through. So with that said message me in game not just hey there, message me if interested in working with me to figure this out the role you want to play, and a couple of champs you would like to play as well.
