what happend to ranked teams?

I want to play ranked teams with my friends but after this dynamic queue its gone. cant do it it anymore?

so whats going on?

even if I play with 4 more people from my same team (5 total) then It just affects my league points and not team league points.

am I doing it wrong?

or is it down but will come back later in the game?
