Proviga recruiting COMMITTED players (plat +) for ranked 5v5 team

We are a newly created 5v5 ranked team that just finished promos but we still need 3 spots filled. We have at least one person for each role currently, but new team members can take starting spots if better. You won't know unless you try out! You must be at least 17 years old and ranked gold or higher (preferably plat or higher) to be considered for the team. So far we currently have had 49 applicants as potential team members ranging from gold to diamond. However most have shown their true colors as flakes or simply action-less wishers that dream of making it to the LCS without ever playing or being around when the team schedules to do so. Again I must emphasize that THE BEST AND MOST COMMITTED PLAYERS ON THE TEAM WILL BE THE ONES THAT PLAY. Looking to fill each lane with subs and people who can fill more than one role. We want to have a roster where any 1 of the 9 players on the team can step onto the rift and carry their own weight. Also will be required to use Curse Voice because it uses less bandwidth than Skype (this means it makes you lag less than Skype and most other chat programs). We will give everyone that applies here the opportunity to play with us in some tryouts and see how you fit with the team. (We are also looking for another coach if someone is interested).

Expectations:

  1. Maturity: main reason for age limit. No raging or blaming teammates especially in game. Keep a calm cool head.
  2. Willingness to improve and play your best when it matters.
  3. Have and use Curse Voice team chat.
  4. Keep commitments (if you say you'll be on at a certain day and time, follow through) and if you can't tell someone please.
  5. Be able to have fun playing this game we love!
  6. Don't start a F$%&ing match 20 minutes before we plan to play. Do some math. Its not hard.

IGN: LOLsmileyfaces Age: 19 Rank: G2 Main lane/lanes: Support and Support Main champions: Depends on what composition really, but if I had to choose I guess we can use my top three statistically played- Leona, Thresh, Bard. Strengths: I've played the game since Season 1 and have outstanding game knowledge and map awareness. This is probably my strongest attribute. Weaknesses: I tend to make plays, and as we all know, sometimes making the big plays gets you caught occasionally and makes you look silly. Willing to be a Substitute: Would prefer not to, but if your subs get playing time then sure.

I'm a capable shot-caller, and more or less able to give and receive criticism. I'm never in a bad mood. Weaknesses: I don't think I have any noticeable weaknesses, or rather there's nothing that I've recognized as a major threat to my performance. Actually, I think I may not be as mechanically gifted as most players, but that's debatable. Willing to be a Substitute: I'm down for whatever is needed.

Rank: Plat 4

Main lane/lanes: Middle

Main champions: I can play everything well as needed, but my prefered picks are poke based like Jayce, Nidalee, Ziggs, and Varus.

Strengths: Strong poke playstyle, very consistently go even, or ahead in lane (rarley fall behind), Shot calling, General game strategy. Very calm, collected personality.

Weaknesses: I tend to hover around mid, i don't roam very often so if other lanes fall behind to where I can't help it might be difficult to come back.

Willing to be a Substitute: I would prefer to be on the main roster
