Serious Ranked Team - In search for a support

How's it goin people, My name is Shankdank and I'm the ADC for our ranked team. So basically, we're looking for a support to buddy up with me in the bot. A few things we expect of a player:

Skype
Plat +
No life(jk...kinda) -Able to get serious
Able to take criticism
Free for several hours a night, several days a week
A sense of humor(just not too uptight, we're serious but not robots)

HEY! I'm already on a couple teams at the moment but I still would love to play with you guys just because I love Ranked 5's and getting more experience in it. I could be a sub or you guys could tell me to be on whenever and I can make a schedule around that. Either way, if I am on the team or not, I am looking to have fun but I'm also very serious about 5's. So here's my app

IGN: ES Sum Age: 19 Top 3 champs: Thresh, Janna, Braum/Nami (I can play most supports more than adequately) This season's ranking: Plat 5 Last season's ranking: Ended Plat 4, Peaked Plat 1 Strengths: Winning lane, 2v2 and Teamfight Skill and Awareness, Warding, A lot of Game Knowledge, Mechanics, god hooks... lol but I'll let my performance talk for my skill. Weaknesses: Sometimes caught when warding (I should make warding a team effort and use the buddy system instead of trying to solo ward), Can be overly aggressive but I have improved on that a lot over this last month. Fun Fact!: This is a bit over zealous, but I'm aiming to try and get challenger this season and hopefully play in the LCS. I know I still have a long way to go.

Also, I'm kind of testing the waters with some teams. If I find a team that I want to stick with for a while, I will drop from the other teams to dedicate my time to that team. This could be that team

IGN: Twerk for Elo Age: 23 Top 3 champs: Thresh Janna Morgana This season's ranking: Gold 2 Last season's ranking: Silver 3 Strengths: Can play passive/aggressive depending on the situation, decent in warding (at least in solo que, I know its different in 5s) Weaknesses: sometimes I go too ham Fun Fact!: I twerked my way to gold2 from silver3!
