Gold 5 LF ADC Or Jungle to duo with (Main supp+mid)

Hi there i i'm Gold 5 supp/mid looking for ADC or Jungler to duo with to climb to diamond+ this season. Was plat 4 last season with v good kdas.

I main support and secondary mid, i feel adc is the best partner for support and jungle is the best for mid.
