Recruiting Silver/gold players for a competive 5-man team
Hello, My name is Wild GooseChaze and I am looking for players in the Silver/gold range to Start a 5-8 man flex team. If you are looking to be apart of a structured team with coaches, scheduled practices, and people who enjoy getting better at League of legends please take a second to read below!
I am currently recruiting active summoners to form a team in the mid silver to mid gold elo range within my growing Esports organiztion. I would like to keep it strictly to this mmr range as it will allow the team to start together and grow together. I've had prior trouble with team chemistry so I will try to be specific in what I am asking of each lane.
General: Looking for people that like to win, but also understand that losing is a part of the game and are willing to learn from losses. Players must be willing to accept constructive criticism as high elo coaches will be provided for the team to grow together. lastly, must be willing to accept calls by the designated shot caller in game.
Top lane: I am looking for tanks/bruisers with solid lane control. Must be able to provide cc in team-fights and will take TP 9/10 times. I.e. (poppy, naut, maokai, kled,) Strong meta picks are also welcome Fiora, fizz, Camille.
Jungle: Playmaker junglers are preferred. Looking for gank oriented junglers to help lanes snowball. I.e. lee sin, khazix, elise, Evelynn, zac
Mid: This is the lane with the most freedom regarding champ selection. Must be able to have at least 2 ap champs (1 of which should be a control mage) and one ad champ they can fluently play and win lane. I intend to build the team around this laner so must have sufficient awareness of the map and adequate game knowledge. Preferred champion ( orianna , ahri, Taliyah, talon, kassadin)
adc: knowledge of lane control ( pushing , slow pushing, freezing) and lane rotations is the highest priority here. I'm not too concerned with whether or not you can kill your opposing laner, however, your cs must be on par if not better than your current elo. Prefered champions ( Caitlyn, varus, Lucian, jhin, xayah)
Support: Must provide cc as well as be the foundation of our vision control. Looking for supports who know their streghts and limits and do not panic under pressure. I believe that knowledgeable supports are the key to any successful teamfight.
These are general parameters as to what I am looking for in competitive play. There will of course be plenty of times where we can just chill and play however we want and just have troll like fun lol.
The team schedule will be based on EST time and players should be available Sun-Thurs evenings (6pm-11pm). Weekends will be used to scrim other teams within our org as well as other orgs so those times will vary.
The objective is to improve and have fun doing so, thus the decision as to who is allowed to join our team and remain on our team will be at my discretion as well as the discretion of the current team members.
