Zeal Quake Looking for a Coach

Hi to anyone who may read this. My names Captain and ive gotten my team pretty set on players and we all play at a gold + level to low plat level and we are looking to expand on that and get better at our team play. Now we can only teach each other as much as the next guy so we are looking for a coach to help review our team play and individual play as well we are looking for some one who is not afraid to tell us when were wrong and what we should of done (you will not hurt our feelings were not babbies) but be well aware that if you do not have confidence in what you are saying then chances are people will not respect you. So we want some one who knows what they are talking about and is willing to work and teach with the whole team. If your interested please fill this out so i have a tiny bit of information. Thanks!
