Gold 4 Mid/Top LF ranked 5's team

Looking for a somewhat serious ranked 5's team that way I can personally improve and become a better player at the game overall, I would like to be on a ranked team because it can really teach some teamwork and push a long my success in League. My main mid champs are Azir, Viktor, and Kog'Maw. My main 3 top laners are Rumble, Hecarim, and Gnar. I can go other places as well on the team, but would definitley prefer mid first then top second. Free on the weekends at all times and everyday after work till about midnight Central time.
