League of Legends Sister teams interested in finding a new roster. Serious & Semi Serious Teams

Server: North America Hello everyone, I am leader of two sister teams that are looking for competitive and laid back players. For the most part these teams are sort of small, run by mostly me and player's output towards things.

Team Goals

With the two separate teams I am looking for different things. The Competitive team: The Competitive team will consist of constant play on a designated schedule, a high elo throughout the season, Scrims, Solo or Duo with someone on the team, and self-improvement. With that being said the Competitive team will also look into completing tournaments and trying out new meta strategies.

The Laid Back Team: The Laid Back team will consist of most of the same things, but their will be much less work requirement. The laid back team will still have to participate in Ranked 5's, Scrims, Solo or Duo with someone on the team, and look to self-improve. Yet at the same time play on a more fun based level. A high elo isn't necessary, but if the team starts to get higher in elo I will be looking into signing it up for tournaments as well.

This Community is going to look to be fun and friendly for anyone willing to try out. I hope that teammates will work together in order to help one another improve while also not weighing them down with harsh words.
