2 Silvers, Jungler, and ADC/Top looking for a team

Well my friend and I have been looking for a team for quite a while and can't quite seem to find a team that is in it to win it.

We are looking for a team that is around our elo that is willing to win and be able to adapt and more importantly, keep at it. We are willing to be recruited or if it would be better, we are looking for people to fill in the missing spots.
