Solo Ranked Silver4 looking 4 team

My main 3 champs I play. Looking for players who are willing to play together long term. I play almost daily, but am tired of solo queue ranked games. Too many trolls, too many afks, too many feeders. I'd like to find players who would like to work together, learn to trust and rely on each other, and can tolerate a loss at times. I had 66% win rate in ranked, UNTIL i met the 10 loss streak due to afk's and feeders in EVERY game as soon as i hit Silver 4. ENOUGH with the bull. I'm 30 years old. This community is the worst I've ever seen for toxicity in any game I've ever played. Time to find the right people.
