Ex Plat 2 player looking to for 1 or 2 people to play with to rank up to lvl 30.

I recently got back into League of Legends and i made a new account due to me not remembering the email or logon for my other account. Im currently lvl 13 and im looking for 1 or 2 people to play with to grind to lvl 30 then go for high diamond/masters. I play mid and im looking for a jungle and top or bottom.
