looking for duo or flex group

I'm going to start off and say I am in bronze 3 probably 1 game away from being demoted back to bronze 4. I'm looking for someone or a group to play with that is mature and doesn't think they are god at this game because if your in bronze or even silver there is a reason your there. Prefer people over 18 to play with that has joy in playing and doesn't blame everything on someone else. Sure people have bad game move on and deal with the next one its a game have fun. Also would prefer people who use voice chat no point in duo or doing flex if you cant communicate with the person in my opinion. Role is not important to me i just want someone else that understands the game and can be in a fight if i need them to be or someone i can count on to not feed then afk. I know this is rare in the community but i know some of you are out there. For solo/duo i am bronze 3 in flex i have yet to complete placements but am 2-0. I play ADC and Jungle. right now i prefer ADC i don't know why i just do. but i can Jungle if needed. For flex would like to find a team i can learn from and grow with but not required.
