PLAT 5+ Serious team recruitment to compete in LCS style tourny

Yo, I'm Predictions, I will be playing ADC on a new team looking to compete in an amateur LCS Style Tournament called the Champions Circuit. Before applying, please read and familiarize yourself with the provided link above. The tournament will last until April, so if that is an issue then don't bother applying.

I am looking to be **COMPETITIVE ** and **SERIOUS ** in regard to the team, meaning no nonsense during scrims, games, and ranked 5's. If you are looking for a semi serious or non serious team, this is the wrong one for you. I want every member to strive to do their best every game and improve synergy and mechanics together. There will be DAILY PRACTICE.

Below is a form to fill out. DO NOT ADD ME INGAME UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS, THE LINKED ARTICLE, AND FILLER OUT THE FORM
