Want to make a tournament team (low elo)

hi, im reading all these posts about teams and tournaments and i got really interested in the whole thing so i want to make a team. Im looking for someone that wants to help me make the team and help with getting practices and scheduling tournaments and stuff with me (so basically a manager) we can do the co-owner thing, im not really worried about that right now i just want to get the whole thing started.
