Serious Ranked Team Tryouts

hi everyone i am running ranked 5's team tryout for serious players going on every night for the next week. IF you are serious and very much interested you must add my IGN: radpirate for tryout you will be test through 3 stages of tryouts. Stage 1: easy tourney draft game against randoms in a custom match. you will have multiple shots so don't expect your role right off the bat. Stage 2: normal draft pick against unknown people you will auto get the spot you tried for so don't worry about calling you role. Stage 3: the last stage to being on the team! you will be placed against the next best laner in the category you chose! best out of 3 who ever rotates for objectives, plays roles in best team fights and who ever really is a team player will come out on top. P.S: this team isn't about amateurs expecting to win there lane and get allot of kills, this team will be highly organized and very skilled. i do not have time for people, i will not hesitate to kick you. Tournaments are already scheduled if team found soon. i am the couch/manager and the Flex pick for the team! good luck to all people who try:)

Secondary Role and Champions:ADC-Jinx/Graves/Vayne/Cait/Tris/sivir Why do you want to join the team?-currently had a team but due to their busy lives they really cant be on all the time so i want to bring my gameplay to a team that wants to go some where and be something in the near future and will be able to take this game serious and become something great. What do you feel you bring to the team?-what i will bring to the team is positive attitude and great synergy to what ever we come up as a team and there will be no arguements but just ways to win the current game that we are in and take each step one at a time and climb are way up to the top List off a known weakness you'd like to improve on:rotating when necessary for example if im supporting at the adc goes back but i know i dont need to where to go instead of waiting in lane and waitng for adc to get back but been improving on it and maybe another one is probably team fights knowing where to be position at and what i can do to win the team fight but like i said ive been improving greatly at it i just need to be reminded sometimes not a big problem. Prior Team Experience:Did alot of tournaments with http://www.progamingleague.com/ with my friends which was my last team i was on we did really good and acually got to the finals one time and did descent and won some prizes while we play other teams. Summoner Name: RogueWolf42 Age:17 Tier/Division for S4: Bronze 4 Tier/Division for S5: Bronze 5 Main Role and Champions: Top- Darius, Renekton, Gnar, Jax, and Nasus Secondary Role and Champions: Jungle- Rengar, Lee Sin, Udyr, Vi, and Hecrium Why do you want to join the team?- I feel like I am a Great player besides my solo Que ranked. I can be either aggressive or Defensive. I love to work with people on a team better then with random people every match. When i play top lane, i almost always win my lane match, even if i was going against a champion that counters my champion. What do you feel you bring to the team?- If i jungle, i have no problem giving camps or buffs to my fellow teammates, even if the support wanted the buff and everyone else didnt want it, I would give it to him or her. So i feel like i would bring team work to the team. When i play top lane, if mid needs help with his enemy champ and the jungler was helping bot lane. I would immediately go to mid and help him or her out. List off a known weakness you'd like to improve on: I would like to work on my cockiness. I would love to join your team, If you could give me a chance besides my Tier/Division rank for both S4 and S5. I have been playing LoL for over 3 years and i have been watching LCS when it started.
