Creating Ranks 5's Team

I am trying to create a ranked to see how I can help improve others while still also helping myself out in areas I may  be weak in or just improve overall. The purpose is not to aim to be the highest but instead focus on what each person can improve on throughout the games we play and also better improve teamwork in the team itself. Anyone who is willing to learn is welcome if and only if they also have the determination and thrive to want to be on this type of team. Just keep it simple guys if you are on tilt just tell the team and try your best not to be toxic to the rest of the players that came to further themselves in a game which we all try to enjoy.

I will be adding players when they post on this Discussion, please avoid adding me before I look over your post

Champion pool: Draven Tristana Jinx Ezreal Lucian (but can play all ADC to high efficiency, just my best.)
