High Platinum Top Laner LF Team

IGN: Baeboostingdtcom (Platinum 1) Smurf IGN: FORESTISONFIRE (Platinum 5)

I've been around since Season 1 and rotating between roles from jungle, support and now top lane. Ever since last spring I've been in and out of casual ranked 5 teams, but no one was able to remain active or committed to the practice schedule -- most of the teams disbanded. I'm currently at a community college as an aspiring teacher, but I still have plenty of time to play league since my schedule is well-spread out. On previous teams, I was the main shotcaller in terms of rotations, target calling and objective priorities. I am still new to shotcalling from top lane, but I am willing to progress. I just need a team willing to follow through with the grind. I was a coach for a gold team before to help with mistakes, but I want to be a player instead of a coach. I am open to use any type of communication.

Ideology

• Incredibly self critical.
• Everyone has a specific rate of progression, but as a team, it's possible to smoothly climb if people are open to the difficulties of climbing and mistakes.
• Brutal honesty is beyond better than sugar-coating mistakes; you have to become resilient to mistakes and think how to move on from them instead of obsessing about one mistake. -Reverse Engineering -Thorough Analysis

I'm looking for a team with a following: -Gold 2+ Average of players w/ a goal of diamond team. -Steady schedule -Open minded and optimistic players
