LF Dedicated Players to join Tier 1 Gaming!
Hello guys, my name is Lzy Cruzy and i am the ADC of Tier 1 Gaming. We are currently holding tryouts for a serious competitive team and are looking for members to fill out our roster. We are looking to get involved in tournaments very frequently and are also looking for an analyst. We currently have a very knowledgable coach that has had many years of experience on league. Nevertheless, here is what we are looking for in our applicants for our main team.
-Age 18+ -The desire to be dedicated to improving as an individual and with a team -Ability to be able to be committed to a team and practice multiple hours a week -Must have been PLAT or higher last season. (high gold can still apply and will be considered) -Must be able to not only give good criticism, but also take criticism from other teammates/coach. -NO RAGERS! I can't stress it enough, we are looking for players that will form not only a team, but a family that gets along and wants to improve. -Active in preseason and alos active during season 7. -Ability to fit future tournaments during weekends.

WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS?: Wanting to make plays. I am confident in my mechanical skill that I know when I can win 1v1s, but i sometimes forget to take into account where the enemy jungler could be and die or burn my flash.
