LF Plat+ Top-laner for a Team on EUW

Hey everyone, we are looking to start up a ranked 5s team on EU-west. We are 4 players so far, and are now just looking for a Top-laner.

About us: The ADC (myself), Mid-laner and Jungler know each other from outside the game and the Support is a person we have played with before on a former team. We have fun in the games and between, as that is what games are for, but as we also expect from you, we find it extremely satisfying to win as many games as possible. For this reason we also plan to play a decent number of hours each week, and also analyzing our games through replay programs. We have all played on high plat teams, and have a lot of experience with ranked 5s, as well as shotcalling We also plan to participate in tournaments, when the team is established.

Requirements:

1. We need a plat+ (anything below will be ignored) Top-laner who mains toplane and frequently plays it in soloqueue. You must be able to play most highly regarded picks in the current meta, although we obviously appreciate the out of nowhere Taric top to mindblow our opponents even before the game starts, rendering them too perplexed to do anything. On a more serious note, if you do not play more than three different toplaners and they are Yasuo, Riven and Irelia, there is no chance you will make it.
2. While mechanics, map-awareness and game understanding are obviously important, we also expect a positive and constructive attitude. If you are not able to play as a team, take constructive feedback and work with it, or can't tolerate mistakes with your teammates, you will not be accepted onto the team. We play to get better, both individually, but mainly as a team. We also play to have fun, even when we lose, since I as the team captain believe this to some of the most important factors on a team.
3. You also need to be a fluid/native English speaker.

If you believe yourself to fulfill these requirements, and are looking to move on to something a tad more advanced, but also more exciting than yoloqueue, add me, Cercei Kalister, or Kindrekt Lamar in order to play-test you. You can also write your information on this post, and I will contact in-game if we are interested. Any further questions you might have should also be posted as a reply to this post.

Wall of text hits you all for as much dmg as Veigar and Darius do combined at the moment.
