Lf for any diamond+ player to coach me to improve. (im p5)

I am on a massive losing streak and im staying positive and doing everything i can to win/carry games. But holy shit the consistency of plat is nonexistent. I dont want to blame my team but i really dont feel like im under performing or making the wrong decisions. I need some Guidance I was in promos for p3 a week ago and then I just dropped to p5 0 lp. I have no idea what im doing wrong. All of my recent games have felt completely unwinnable if i support top and mid instantly lose lanes and continue dying. if im jungle all lanes lose before i can do anything about it. Even with successful ganks all the other lanes just instantly die. I really need the help from anyone willing to give it. My summoner name is CrazyLegs. Add me i really appreciate the help.
